Winter Fun and Martin Luther King -Taylorsville-
We had a fun month of January! We learned about snow…We painted with cotton balls and pom poms to make snowball paintings, and experimented with snow slime!!! We also painted ice cubes and with snowflakes ice cubes…Did you know that you can make snowflake crystals out of Borax?!!! They are so cool!!! We sprinkled Epsom salt on canvas frames that we painted with blue and white paint…They came out as exotic sparkly winter paintings!!! Did we mention the delicious popsicles we prepared with strawberries, oreos, and coconut milk?!!! YUM:). Martin Luther King’s birthday comes every January…We celebrated him by learning about his life, and made special cookies:).
